Have you met Bill?

We are delighted to introduce you to the most recent winemaker in our Adega-family, his name is Bill and he and his wife Flora produce fantastic English wines right here in the Midlands!

English wines are growing not only in popularity but also quality, so much so that they now genuinely rival Champagne's sparkling wines.

Did you know that it was in 1995 that (for the very first time ever!) an English wine knocked Champagne off it’s pedestal of number one sparkling wine?

Since then the English winemaking community has grown to now boast over 700 vineyards and wineries across the whole of the UK, not just down South. Bill & Flora named their vineyard after their daughter and have been making a range of fantastic English wines in the Midlands for over 20 years.

Do you want to come on a vineyard tour with us to meet Bill and taste his wines? If yes, drop us a comment in the box below or email us hello@adegawinecellar.co.uk
